In a recent interview, she noted that it’s “refreshing but not unexpected to see women finally out-investing men,” highlighting the growing trend of women taking charge of their financial futures.

    Dan Burdett is a seasoned marketing executive with a diverse background across multiple industries. He served as the Chief Customer & Growth Officer at Pret A Manger, where he led the transformation of its business model during the COVID-19 pandemic, including the rapid development and scaling of the Pret Coffee Subscription service. He has also held senior positions at prominent companies, including L’Oréal, Unilever, Mars, and eBay. Dan’s career reflects a commitment to innovation and adapting to evolving market dynamics

  • Katy Talikowksa

    CEO, The Valuable 500 and former Global Head of Snickers, AMV BBDO

    Katy Talikowska is the CEO of The Valuable 500, leading its mission to drive disability inclusion in global business. Previously, she was Chief Client Officer at AMV BBDO, overseeing major campaigns, including the award-winning Maltesers disability campaign. She also led communications for Snickers and Rexona across 25 markets, coining the ‘You’re not you when you’re hungry’ slogan. With a strong background in marketing and inclusion, Katy continues to advocate for authentic representation and accessibility in business.

    With over 30 years in advertising, Ben has extensive experience managing both traditional and digital businesses.  Before joining IDHL, he served as Vice President of Agency, EMEA at Meta (formerly Facebook), and held leadership roles at iProspect, including Global President.  Ben began his career at independent agencies and played a pivotal role in launching iProspect in the UK in 2009.  At IDHL, Ben leads a team of over 400 professionals across multiple locations, driving the group’s growth and innovation in the digital marketing landscape.

  • Kate Simon

    Partner, AlixPartners

    Kate is a Partner at AlixPartners, leading the Marketing & Customer practice for EMEA. With 30 years in high-growth businesses and digital transformation, she has built 11 businesses, including Disney+ and two unicorns. A former McKinsey Partner and C-suite executive, she has led major transformations, notably for HSBC Retail Bank. She advises startups to global corporations and serves on Oxfam’s Enterprise Development Committee. Outside work, she enjoys food, wine, cycling, skiing, and scuba diving.

  • Bob Dhillon

    Payments Operations Global Resiliency Lead, JPMorgan Chase

    Bob is the Payments Operations Global Resiliency Lead at JPMorgan Chase, with 27+ years in banking. Previously, he was MD & Head of EMEA Operational Risk at Citigroup, held senior risk roles at Morgan Stanley and HSBC, and spent 17 years at JPMorgan in trading floor management. A University of Exeter graduate, he actively engages with future leaders, including speaking at the Exeter Future Leaders Summit.

    Özlem Özüner spent nine years as CEO of Euler Hermes Turkey, driving growth and innovation. Before that, she held senior roles at HSBC Turkey and HSBC Bank plc UK. With a Political Science & International Relations degree from Bosphorus University, she now leads Allianz Trade’s Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) solutions, transforming B2B e-commerce and digital trade finance.

    Nicola Stopps is the Founder and CEO of Simply Sustainable, an award-winning ESG and sustainability consultancy established in 2010.  With over 25 years of experience in sustainability and ESG, she has held senior roles at major global companies, including DHL, Travelodge, T-Mobile, EE, and the BBC.  Nicola holds a Geography degree from the University of Exeter and a Master’s in Environmental Impact Assessment and Auditing from the University of East Anglia.  She is recognised as a leader in corporate sustainability, serving as a Fellow of IEMA and the RSA, and sits on the CBI Energy and Climate Change Committee.

  • Damian Pudner

    Economist & Visiting Lecturer

    Damian Pudner is an independent economist specialising in monetary policy and monetary economics, with a career spanning 25 years in the financial sector of the City of London, including senior roles at leading investment banks and hedge funds. His research interests are primarily unconventional monetary policy and its relationship to output and inflation, especially the work of Milton Friedman and Karl Brunner. He holds an MSc in Money, Banking, and Central Banking and a first-class honours degree in Business Management and Economics.

  • Ken Janssens

    Co-Founder and Head of Social Impact, Windō & former Chief Data Officer, JPMorgan

    Ken Janssens is the Co-Founder and Head of Social Impact at Windō, a platform connecting Gen Z talent with purpose-driven employers. With 25+ years in tech and data, he was previously Chief Data Officer at J.P. Morgan. A leading advocate for LGBTQ+ inclusion, he founded J.P. Morgan’s LGBTQ+ Executive Council and chaired Out & Equal. Recognized as a Top 100 LGBT+ Executive (2017-2020), Ken continues to drive corporate diversity and inclusion.

  • Jamie Rush

    Chief Economist (Europe), Bloomberg

    Jamie Rush is the Chief European Economist at Bloomberg Economics, with expertise in macroeconomics and fiscal policy. He previously worked at the UK Office for Budget Responsibility, New Zealand Treasury, and HM Treasury. Holding a PhD from the University of Sheffield, he has authored research on economic modelling and regularly appears in media and parliamentary hearings. He also lectures at UCL.

    With extensive experience in private banking, investment strategy, and business lending, Adam has helped shape global financial services at one of the world’s leading financial institutions.  Before joining Deutsche Bank, he served at Goldman Sachs from 2014, overseeing lending in EMEA and Latin America, and prior to that, at Barclays starting in 2007.  Adam is a Chartered Accountant, certified by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

    Dan Sherrard-Smith is the Founder and CEO of MotherTree, a platform dedicated to helping individuals and organizations reduce their financial carbon emissions and save money by focusing on pensions, banks, and bills. Before launching MotherTree, Dan was part of the founding team of Look After My Bills, which saved the UK public £127 million and secured the best-ever deal on Dragons’ Den. MotherTree aims to shift £1 billion into the green economy by 2025 and has already facilitated routes to reduce 26,000 tonnes in carbon emissions.
